Hashdex Nasdaq CME Crypto Index ETP

NCIQ tracks the Nasdaq CME Crypto Index (NCI), offering diversified exposure to crypto assets. The ETP adheres to strict operational and governance protocols to track the NCI, providing investors with regulated access to the most liquid and dynamic assets in the crypto ecosystem.

NCIQ (the "Fund"), an exchange traded product, is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (or the ’40 Act) and therefore is not subject to the same regulations and protections as 1940 Act registered ETFs and mutual funds. The Fund is subject to significant risk and an investor may lose all their money. The Fund is subject to heightened volatility and is not suitable for all investors. An investment in the Fund is not a direct investment in crypto assets.

The Fund employs Paralel Distributors LLC as the marketing agent. The sponsor to the Fund is Hashdex Asset Management Ltd., which receives a management fee. U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (d/b/a U.S. Bank Global Fund Services) provides administrative services to the Trust. The Administrator also assists the Trust and the Sponsor with certain functions and duties relating to accounting and as the Trust’s transfer agent. Paralel Distributors LLC, Hashdex Asset Management Ltd., and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services LLC are not affiliated.
